Team Digital systems and computational cancer

Our research integrates artificial intelligence with systems biology and medicine to develop new approaches for scientific discovery and precision oncology. We work in close collaboration with experimental and clinical partners and disseminate our methods through open-source software and web applications.

DISCO coordinates and contributes to academic programs, with a strong emphasis on interdisciplinary education and research-based teaching  (e.g., Master "Design of digital health devices" - UFR3S-Pharmacie; diplôme inter-universitaires - onco-urologie - UFR3S-Médecine).
